The manual includes 161 pages with over 500 pictures of exercises, written by Anne Pringle Burnell, founder of Peyow™ Aqua Pilates, and Lee Everett, MPT, and is designed to accompany support materials: DVD, handout, poolside chart, exercise lists and online videos.
