This 30 minute workout is for hip and spinal flexibility. Based on ballet barre exercises, and stretches, it is a fun way to release tension in the water. Practiced 2 times a week, this workout can improve flexibility in the hamstrings, low back, and thighs. Instructors love this for their cool down segments. Part of the Peyow Funktional Barre curriculum, Water Ballet Stretches originate from Pilates Cadillac trapeze series. Great for flexibility in the hips, hamstrings, and lower back.
